INSTALLATION – Stereotyp

Stereotyp generates pictures randomly of people and stamps them with a „Stereptyp“ description by entering the big exposition hall of  „GOGOBOT Festival“ in Enschede. The pictures get directly shown on the Television under the camera with a stereotyp description and shall people make a ware of the surveillance society we living in.  

The Installation „Stereotyp“ is part of an bigger exposition at a different location,calles DATABENDING. The token pictures  of the installation get sent via internet, with the „Stereptyp“ description on it, to a printer at the location of the expo DATABENDING. The data of date and time also triggers here as input other installations for supporting DATABENDING exposition by hacking codes.
